General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Nikolas Gets The Upper Hand Over Esmé

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will get the upper hand over Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl).  He was shocked when he found her trying to rob his safe at Wyndemere, but he’s got some ammunition against her.

General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine’s Leverage

Nikolas has leverage on Esmé that she doesn’t know he has; he made a copy of his admission that he killed her with his own two hands and put it in his safe. Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) didn’t get the only copy of the admission and then there’s the video Ava Cassadine (Maura West) made of him reading it on her phone too. Nikolas tells Esmé he can help her fake her death and start over with a new identity if she’ll just leaves Port Charles and never return.

Esmé thinks Nikolas can come up with a better offer than that; Nikolas tells her he’s done it before. He reminds her he faked his own death for over five years, and helped others disappear as well.

General Hospital Updates – Esmé Prince Laughs In His Face

Esmé told Nikolas when he first walked up on her in the castle breaking into his safe that he’d have to do better than that the next time, laughing. Nikolas says this is the next time and this is the only time he’s making this offer; he tells her he could call the police. Every victim of the Port Charles Hook except Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) who was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, is connected to Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) identified her attacker as a woman, and both she and Brando described her as wearing a black hood and hearing a jingling noise. Esmé claims she has nothing that jingles and Nikolas demand to search her backpack for jewelry-she refuses, remembering her birth father Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) accusing her of attacking Ava.

Emulating Ryan Chamberlain

Nikolas continues, remembering how when she and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) were gaslighting him and Ava trying to get them to break up that she emulated Ryan. Ryan killed his first victim in Port Charles, nurse Mary Pat Ingles (Patricia Bethune) with a gaffing hook like the “Port Charles Hook” has used on her victims. Esmé seems to have an obsession with Ryan, and it goes beyond wanting to terrorize Ava; it’s like he’s her role model.

Esmé tries to deny it but there were letters from Ryan that went to the school she and Spencer attended in France. He knows she was working with Ryan in Spring Ridge until Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) stopped it; it’s his last offer, take it or he calls the police.
