General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Lucy’s love for diamonds and penchant for going rogue getting her in more trouble than she bargained for.

General Hospital Spoilers – Listen To Anna Devane

Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) starts off the week furiously arguing with Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) that she should leave her be and trust that she knows what she is doing with Victor Cassadine. What Lucy and Anna both do not realize is that the diamond necklace Lucy is wearing is bugged and Victor can hear every word that they have been saying.

Now, Victor wants payback so he invites Lucy on another Haunted Star cruise, and she is all gung ho, but she has no idea what’s coming. Perhaps Lucy really should have listened to Anna rather than making an enemy of her.

General Hospital Updates – What Is Lucy Coe Thinking?

Lynn Herring can explain some of her character’s motivations as Lucy acts exactly like the Lucy Coe of the past.

“Lucy wants to prove to Martin [Michael E. Knight] that she has been on the case for Anna, working toward the goal of locking Victor up,” Herring said in the October 24, 2022, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “Her position is she can keep the necklace and the bracelet he gave her, they’ll put Victor away, Anna will think she’s great and there will be a big, happy rainbow ending.”

Well, that rainbow ending is not going to come so soon because Lucy soon realizes she made a major mistake in judgment by not listening to Anna.

“She’s standing in the dark, waiting for Victor, and she says, ‘Come on, Victor, let’s get this over with.'” Herring continued. “That’s when a surprise person shows up on the docks. She can’t believe who she sees and she says, ‘What are YOU doing here?’ She’s definitely realizing this maybe wasn’t the best idea.”

So, who could it be that Lucy encounters that she would be surprised to see? We do know Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) is returning this week so our money is on her. She is also supposed to show up wet and at the Q boathouse, which would make sense if she is on a boat with Lucy. Stay tuned to General Hospital weekdays to see how this story plays out.
