General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Liz And Terry Embark On A Memory Journey, Will It Help Liz Remember?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) will soon embark on a memory lane journey. Will their trek help Elizabeth remember what happened in the Mariana Islands?

General Hospital Spoilers – Hopping A Plane Hoping

Terry and Liz, who were childhood friends, will be hopping a plane hoping to trigger Elizabeth’s traumatic memory in a noninvasive way to help Liz fill in the blanks. She now knows that the woman she remembered at the bottom of the stairs was Hamilton Finn’s (Michael Easton) late wife, Reiko Finn (Mele Ihara). She also knows that she, her sister Sarah Webber (Sarah Laine) and Finn, Reiko, and their parents were all in the Mariana Islands at the same time through Doctors Without Borders.

What she doesn’t know is if she or the man she remembers at the top of the stairs pushed Reiko or if she survived. She worries that the man might be her father Jeff Webber (William Moses) as well, because she was arguing with Reiko to stay away from him.

General Hospital Updates – Was The Man Hamilton Finn?

Another possibility although she doesn’t want to think about it is that the man all those years ago could have been Finn. However, she rather doubts that because she doesn’t look all that different than she did as a teenager and Finn should recognize her from then he’s never mentioned it. Neither does she know whether Reiko already had contracted Blackwoods’ Syndrome at that time, Finn always having said she died from it, although she guesses that doesn’t really matter. Liz just wants reassurance that whatever happened on those stairs didn’t kill her and that Finn didn’t cover up her death with that disease. Other questions in her mind are knowing that Jeff was quite the philanderer, was he having an affair with Finn’s wife?

A Trip To The Mariana Islands?

Terry and Liz could possibly be taking their memory journey to the Mariana Islands to visit the Doctors Without Borders facility, even though after this many years there could be changes. Buildings are rehabbed and remodeled all the time, and the topography of the islands could have changed; different landscaping, bigger trees; but possibly there is someone there who remembers the Finns. At least they might get answers as to whether Reiko died when the Webbers were there, or later; Terry agrees Finn doesn’t need to be involved yet.

And they may not have to ask questions if their trip jogs Liz’s memories and she’s able to fill in the blanks. Otherwise, they may need to take the step Liz doesn’t want to; pay a visit to Jeff and Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) to fill in the blanks.
