Sharon commiserated with Sally, knowing what it is like to get over Adam. TPTB created an interesting and believable mentor for Hope’s character, with Sharon having moved past the Adam phase of her life.

Sally’s citing of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) representing the most important relationship in Adam’s life hit home. Whether Jack can help Adam to make progress is yet to be known.

The Young And The Restless Updates – Jabot Offer Is Personal Business

Just as Jack agreed to allow Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to become co-Chief Executive Officer at Jabot, he wants to extend his wing for Adam’s growth. Bergman’s character is not one to offer trust lightly as hardcore fans know.

Adam is like a son to Jack, who felt sorry for the way Victor treated him. Today, Victor has done nothing overtly wrong against Adam, though he believes otherwise.

Hopefully, Jack continues to steer Adam toward business issues. If so, Adam’s claim to have dropped his vendetta will bear soapy fruit.

But Adam has the police report about Ashland Locke’s (Robert Newman) death. That means he can use that knowledge if his ego erupts again.

Adam promised Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) that he would not poke the bear. But he also reinforced that Nick’s world was permanently damaged in a manner similar to what happened to Adam on the farm in Kansas.

Jack has often had his feathers ruffled by Victor. The Moustache could easily declare a fight when learning that Adam is Jack’s co-CEO, assuming that job is accepted and sticks long-term.
