The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) Spoilers: Steffy Interferes By Intercepting Brooke’s Call To Ridge

The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and updates tease in this week’s Soap Opera Digest that Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood) protects her father by intercepting a call. Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) tries to call Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Steffy answers and tells her Ridge is busy with her mother, Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen).

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Getting Busy?

Steffy gloats as she tells Brooke that Ridge is busy with Taylor, implying that they’re getting busy with each other in an attempt to not ruin Ridge and Taylor’s togetherness. Steffy has her parents together at the moment, in a warm and loving environment and she wants to keep it that way and keep her father away from Brooke. Keeping Brooke away from Ridge may be a much more difficult challenge and she realizes that, although she doesn’t want the constant battle with either her or Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle).

Steffy knows that her mother and father are perfectly matched to each other in spite of Brooke’s incessant destiny talk, which frankly is getting really, really old. Ridge and Taylor have always loved each other and Taylor doesn’t cause all the problems and stress Brooke does, at least not now.

The Bold And The Beautiful Updates – Her Parents Are Destined

Steffy feels if anyone is destined to be together it’s her parents, Ridge and Taylor, not Ridge and Brooke, and it’s all because of the Monte Carlo miracle. Steffy had her own miracle when she found that her husband, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) was alive and they reunited in Monte Carlo. She feels like her miracle also translated to her parents when their romantic love resurrected as well, during that intense kiss in Monte Carlo her mother confided in her. Jacqueline, Steffy’s portrayer admits in the Soap Opera Digest article that Steffy feels triumphant about rubbing Brooke’s nose in it although she doesn’t want constant war. After all, dysfunction among parents and grandparents does affect children negatively.

The Parent Trap Continues

Steffy, along with Thomas, will continue the parent trapping as long as it takes to get Ridge and Taylor remarried and Brooke out of the picture. Steffy will continue to feel like the magical kiss shared by Ridge and Taylor in Monte Carlo is a good omen, and they will remarry once Ridge divorces Brooke. In the meantime, Steffy will interfere, intervene, or interrupt in whatever way she can to prevent her father from being duped by Brooke again.
