This more than likely made his sons, Jeremy and Zach Roloff upset because it was obvious that he was taking a jab at them. His son, Jacob Roloff, is currently working on the farm to help out for the fall season. Matt needs to hire some more employees that can help guide tours, put up tents, and help all over the farm.

Matt has started to hire new staff because he has some things to do in the house that he needs to focus on. With extra hands on deck, he can focus more on renovations before the farm sells and he can also relax a little more during this season.
