The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers show that Katie Logan is still missing in action as Bill Spencer moves on and becomes closer to Li Finnegan, but Heather Tom still considers herself an integral part of the soap as she celebrates 15 years playing the youngest Logan sister.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Heather Tom’s Lifetime On Soaps

The year was 1990 when Heather Tom made her soap debut as a teenage Victoria Newman on The Young and the Restless. As Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) and Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) oldest child together, she caused quite a stir falling in love and marrying before she was even an adult. Although Vicky’s first marriage to Ryan McNeil (Scott Reeves) did not last long, she also fell for a man who thankfully turned out not to be her brother, Cole Howard (J. Eddie Peck).

In 2003, Tom left Y&R to travel to NY and play Kelly Cramer on One Life to Live, and by 2007, she found herself across the hall from Y&R at B&B taking over the role of Katie Logan, the little sister of Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis). Tom has taken Katie on quite a journey as an unhealthy woman who has needed a kidney transplant and a heart transplant, but who was also an alcoholic married to Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).

“I’ve been in this vortex of daytime since I started on Y&R when I was 15 and I remember we were talking about a three-year deal and I was like, ‘Oh my god, three years?’ Then I ended up staying there for 13,” Tom said in the September 2, 2022, issue of Soap Opera Digest.

In 2022, Tom just feels blessed to have been able to spend most of her life on soaps, something that has also afforded her the ability to be a mom. “I feel so lucky. No one gets to work that consistently, no matter who you are,” she said. “It has been a wonderful place to grow up and to develop and make lifelong friends.”
