Chase wants to be able to start back working at his job with the Port Charles Police Department. Chase has been getting close to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Chase had been able to help Brook Lynn to deal with different challenges. Brook Lynn needed to take care of Bailey Louise Jones (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) for Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms). Maxie was concerned about Bailey Louise’s father Peter August (Wes Ramsey) being in her life. Chase pretended to be Bailey Louise’s father to help Brooke Lynn and Maxie. Maxie was able to get Bailey Louise back from Chase and Brook Lynn. Chase has been helping Brook Lynn deal with having to give Bailey Louise back to Maxie. Brook Lynn has found that she needs Chase to help her to deal with a serious problem that she is having with Linc Brown (Dan Buran). Linc wants to use the music that Brook Lynn wrote for his own purposes. Linc has the legal rights to the songs. Brook Lynn wants Chase to help her find a way to convince Linc to give the legal rights to her music back to her. Chase wants to help Brook Lynn because he knows that her music is important to her. Chase and Brook Lynn may be drawn closer together as they try to stop Linc from using Brook Lynn’s music.

Chase has been waiting to get off of suspension with the PCPD. Chase got on suspension when he hit Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart). Valentin had been upset with Brook Lynn because she made him believe that he was Bailey Louise’s father. Valentin decided to take the matter to the PCPD. Chase is close to be able to get back to work for the PCPD. Chase loves being a police officer and has wanted to get back to work. Chase wants to get to work with his partner Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) again. Chase hopes that Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will reinstate him at the PCPD when his suspension is over.
