Speculation is that The Bold And The Beautiful’s Tom may step in front of the Dynasty camera as well before it is all said and done. Tom was asked about taking over the role of Sable Colby (formerly played by Stephanie Beacham in the original series). Some of the original characters have not been cast as of yet and Sable is one of them. However, Tom told Soap Hub that it is a fun show and acting in it might be fun. Heather has directed two episodes so far and seems to be enjoying it greatly. However, she has no plans to join the cast so far.

The Bold And The Beautiful Updates – Is “Heather” Based On Heather Tom?

Rumors are that Dynasty is looking to cast the role of “Heather” which leads fans to believe that this character could be based on Heather Tom. The character Heather is described as being in her 50s and a former governess to the Carringtons. Heather is shown in two different timelines, past and present. Heather is very attractive and likes to use her wicked sense of humor to stir the pot to annoy her former employer. Heather is set to appear in episode 17 of this season.

Katie Logan Vs The Director

While The Bold and The Beautiful can be seen on CBS at 1:30 on weekdays, Dynasty appears on The CW on Friday at 9 p.m. Of course, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) hasn’t been seen much lately on The Bold And The Beautiful, Heather’s work can still be seen as the episodes she directs appear on tv. Will Heather decide to take a more active role in Dynasty by taking a role on the show? After all, Heather, the Dynasty character, seems to be the opposite of Katie whose love life is in shambles. Does Heather prefer directing to acting these days?

Now that Heather has the directing option, she could do like General Hospital’s Kimberly McCullough and move to direct full time. However, Heather has not indicated that she may be leaving the show. It seems that Heather has found a balance and is happy in both roles.
