What a cad Ashland is. Adam recognized the basest part of Ashland’s persona and took dead aim at it. Hitting the bullseye because Ashland believed Victoria would be along for the new ride.

With whatever his love for Tara Locke (Elizabeth Leiner) was, Victoria became Ashland’s realized soul mate. The infinite difference allowed Ashland to see that he has the capacity to be a better person and experience the type of love he never had before.

Sadly, Jordi Vilasuso (Rey Rosales) was let out of his contract. That backstage choice means Rey is killed off in the crash involving his car and Victoria’s.

Heinle’s character is knocked unconscious in the accident. The dramatic scene will allow Ashland to remain connected to her for now on Y&R.
