Coronation Street Spoilers: Daniel Cries Foul At Daisy After Nicky Tragedy

Coronation Street spoilers have teased a break-up yet again for the famous couple Daisy Midgeley and Daniel Osbourne next week after Nicky Wheatley gets suspended at work.

Daisy’s (Charlotte Jordan) insecurities have been all over the place ever since her boyfriend’s ex, Nicky (Kimberly Hart-Simpson) came back to the cobbles a few weeks ago to start afresh.

Despite thwarting their plans to meet, Nicky and Daniel (Rob Mallard) have grown close again after the former got accepted for a teaching assistant position at the local school, and next week the barmaid will let her jealousy get the best of her when the former couple spends more time in overseeing a school trip to Edinburgh.

Coronation Street Spoilers – Getting Paranoid

Daisy isn’t at peace with her beau spending more time with his ex so she confides in her mom Jenny Connor (Sally Ann Matthews) about her plan to make sure the former sex worker isn’t stealing her man from her.

But this nasty plan of setting up Nicky with a date will end in trouble when she matches her with her former flame and the local footballer Ashley Hardcastle (Lamin Touray) who has crossed paths with Nicky in her past.

Nicky agrees with seeing the hunk at The Rovers but she feels attacked when Ashley points out he knows her from her past as a sex worker, which leads her to rush out of the bar out of embarrassment.

Daisy feels betrayed too that Daniel kept this information from her all this time so she confronts him and confirms how the two met. Her paranoia rises to another level, so she also confronts Nicky about her real feelings for the teacher, but Nicky reassures her she doesn’t have a plan to re-spark their romance.

Coronation Street Updates – Nicky’s Past Resurfaces

Nicky is forced to face her past once more when photos and videos from her while in the sex industry spread around the school and the deputy head Mrs. Crawshaw summons her to a meeting. How will Nicky redeem herself?

Nicky confides in her ex that she has been suspended from school and he’s quick to point her finger at Daisy.

A furious Daniel dumps Daisy who feels hurt that he accused her of getting that low. But is Daniel right?

Kimberly has explained how important this new job is for her character because it means everything to her daughter Maisie too.

“It means a lot because it is a job that is socially acceptable. Maisie can tell the world what her mum does for the first time,” she said.

Will Nicky believe too that Daisy is behind this all? Will she take her revenge?
