The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers and updates tease that Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) is a notorious con-woman and back in town ready to make a play for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). But when she tried to ask about their future he told her to put the brakes on. Somehow we don’t think she will take kindly to the rejection, nor will she give up so easily.

Chelsea has made it known before that she wants to be a family again with Adam and their son. But he seems to be moving on, professionally and personally. If Adam rejects Chelsea again, could she stoop to a new low and try to make him jealous—with one of his own relatives?

Right before Chelsea hit town, another Genoa City, Wisconsin resident returned to the fold. Noah Newman (Rory Gibson) is also back and somewhat like Chelsea, looking to make a love connection. Unfortunately, the object of his affection is taken—by his sister!

Noah gets googly eyes when his ex Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) enters the room. The only problem is that she’s in a committed relationship with his sis Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes). Noah is a stand-up guy and it seems unlikely he would break his sister’s heart willingly. On top of that, Tessa seems happy with Mariah so a Nessa hookup seems far-fetched.

This means Noah could be looking for a distraction at the same time Chelsea could be looking for something that makes Adam jealous.

The Young And The Restless Updates – Messa Is In Trouble?

TPTB seems to be dropping hints about a potential hookup for Nelsea. For one thing, Chelsea and Adam’s son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) was the one who told Noah about his mom coming back home. On top of that, explosive show spoilers reveal that the holidays will bring Noah, Chelsea, and Connor together sharing a moment.

Right now Adam is saying he’s uninterested in Chelsea, but how would he feel if he saw her attracted to someone else, let alone a Newman male? There’s someone else who would bring the drama if Noah takes a shine to Chelsea.

What Happens Next in Genoa City, Wisconsin?

That someone is Noah’s mom and Chelsea’s enemy– Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case). Chelsea and Sharon have gone a few rounds in the past boxing it out for Adam’s love. Plus, Chelsea tried to poison Sharon’s husband Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) in an attempt to frame Adam. Let the games begin!
