But Brooke, Ridge, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) feel they need to hold Hope’s hand. That collective, condescending approach is not appreciated. Noelle’s character simply wants to give her dad a chance.

Ridge is very jealous when it comes to Brooke. It is natural for him to be so unsure of Bridge, based on the many times they have split, only to reunite, through the daytime decades.

But Brooke’s emerging problem is not Ridge’s insecurities. Instead, it is the awkward position she allows herself to be in with Deacon because of Sheila Carter’s (Kimberlin Brown) actions.

Teasers indicate that Brown’s character will provide Brooke with real champagne, which Lang’s character believes is not that. The cruel trick will be played after Brooke and Sheila have it out.

Deacon served his time and played by the rules. His release from prison represented a real second chance.

Kanan’s character is humbly swabbing the deck at Il Giordino and living in the restaurant’s supply closet. He is thrilled by Hope’s embrace and what was Brooke’s acceptance of him in their daughter’s life.

But Deacon appears to be a B&B character that is doomed to failure. So, fans of this strong actor’s great character are wondering if Deacon will ever be able to find stability in his hard life?
