General Hospital’s Olivia is extremely worried once she receives her son’s diagnosis. Olivia has already ignored everyone who has tried to warn her of Leo’s condition. Olivia has finally given in to everyone’s urgings and had Leo tested after he was found alone on the docks weeks ago. Now Olivia is worried that she cannot provide the level of care that her son requires. However, Ned is a part of a huge family and all of them love Leo as their own. Olivia will have all the help she needs with the Quartermaine’s if she will let them help her. Can Ned and the other Quartermaine’s set Olivia’s mind at ease when it comes to Leo’s care? Olivia has never had to deal with this kind of issue before. Can Olivia come to terms with her son’s diagnosis?

GH Spoilers – Leo Falconeri’s Doctor Offers Reassurance

General Hospital’s Olivia will get some much-needed reassurance from Leo’s specialist. The doctor will advise Olivia that her emotions deserve validation and that she needs to take the time to feel them. The doctor will also explain that the autism diagnosis does not mean that Leo cannot have a full and happy life. The doctor will try to reassure Olivia that Leo will still meet the goals set for him, he just may do it differently than expected before his autism was discovered. Leo has time to grow and learn and advances in the treatment of autism are made every day.

General Hospital Spoilers – Olivia Falconeri Is Grateful To Ned Quartermaine

General Hospital’s Olivia will also express her gratitude to her husband Ned for pushing to have Leo see a specialist. Olivia wanted no part in believing that her son could possibly be autistic and Ned continued to push for answers. Ned is completely committed to Olivia and Leo and that is a great part of why Olivia is willing to work things out with Ned. Leo could have been in grave danger if Ned had not read up on autism and figured out where Leo ran off to after the gallery show.

Now that Olivia knows she can trust Ned again she and Ned should be able to deal with Leo’s autism together. Can Ned and Olivia offer Leo the love and support that he needs now that he has a diagnosis?
