The Young And The Restless’ Jill has returned to Genoa City and isn’t one bit happy with the lawsuit threat against ChancComm. Billy will use his usual charm to try to downplay the seriousness of this threat. However, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) knows that Billy is causing more harm than good. Billy’s impulsive actions always cause trouble and there is only one person who can keep him in line. Lily will reach out to Jill and quickly update her on the situation. Billy probably isn’t going to be too happy when Jill shows up but he certainly is not handling this situation the way it needs to be handled. Can Jill stop Billy from causing more problems? Will Billy continue to move on full steam ahead and disregard Jill’s warnings?

The Young And The Restless’ Billy will be very upset when Jill berates him in front of Lily. Billy is confident that he can turn things around but Jill and Lily disagree. Neither Jill nor Lily believes that Billy can fix this. Billy is too impulsive to put an end to this and that is why Lily had Jill come home. Can Billy prove both of them wrong and stop this lawsuit? Will Ashland still sue to spite Billy because of past issues with him? Billy hasn’t put a stop to things so far, why is he convinced he can handle things now?

Jill prefers to handle things and declares that she has the solution. Unfortunately, Jill is about to make a shocking proposal that could leave Billy and Lily reeling.

However, Jill is convinced that her solution will end the tug of war over ChancComm. What does Jill have in mind? How will Jill’s suggestion affect Billy and Lily’s relationship in the future? Jill’s solution could certainly affect Billy and Lily’s future as a couple. Could Jill have marriage in mind for someone?
