The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and updates tease that trouble is coming for Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).

Last week, B&B set off their big murder mystery storyline. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) accidentally killed Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) while driving home. Following the incident, Liam’s dad Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) covered their tracks so Liam won’t be caught.

However, with detectives Alex Sanchez (Jeremy Ray Valdez) and Bradley Baker (Dan Martin) on the case, they’re going to find out the cause of Vinny’s death.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Vinny’s Enemies

With Vinny’s death being ruled a murder, police will have a big case on their hands. As the investigation into Vinny’s death gets underway, they’ll discover he had a lot of enemies. One person they’ll be interested to question is Finn.

When they learn that Vinny was responsible for switching the paternity test results for Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) baby, they’re going to zero in on Finn as a suspect. Finn had the motive to want to hurt Vinny. The lab worker caused a lot of turmoil for Finn, Steffy, and many others. Add in the fact, that Finn and Vinny had a physical altercation, and evidence is mounting for Finn.

Although Vinny had plenty of enemies, the detectives will be concentrating on Finn as their prime suspect. As the investigation continues, Finn’s life is going to be turned upside down.

Finn’s Life’s In Turmoil

Finn’s reputation is going to take a hit if it comes out he’s a suspect in a murder investigation. He’s a well-respected doctor, but his career is going to be in jeopardy is he’s arrested.

Aside from his career being at stake, so is his relationship with Steffy. The pair’s union is going to be tested with the case. Although, Steffy is going to stand by her man, deep down in the back of her mind she’ll wonder if he’s capable of murder.

Although Finn will proclaim his innocence, there will be doubters. One of them may be Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). Thomas has been Finn’s biggest supporter, and he was also Vinny’s friend. He doesn’t want to believe Finn killed Vinny, but he also knows the doctor was furious with Vinny for switching the test results.

The Bold And The Beautiful Updates – Will Liam Come To Finn’s Rescue?

With the police zeroing on Finn as a suspect, Bill will feel a sigh of relief. It means Liam will be in the clear, nobody will suspect his son of Vinny’s murder.

Although, Bill will have no trouble letting Finn, take the rap. But will Liam go along with it?

Liam and Finn dislike each other, and they have their issues regarding Steffy. Liam would love nothing more than to put the doctor in his place. Yet, letting Finn face a murder charge is going too far.

As much as Liam hates Finn, he can’t let him take the rap for something he did. Liam’s guilt is already high and it’s going to increase once he learns Finn is the number one suspect in Vinny’s murder. Although Liam doesn’t want to face the prospect of prison, he also knows he can’t let an innocent man suffer.
