General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that pint-sized Jophielle Love has quickly become a fan face as Violet Finn. When Violet’s peripatetic, con artist mom Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) abandoned her in Port Charles, New York, her dad stepped in to save the day.

Her dad is Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) who has definitely seen better days himself, but all in all, it looks like he and Violet will be ok. Except that Love is leaving town?

General Hospital Spoilers – Is Jophielle Love Leaving the ABC sudser?

In an Instagram post shared to Jophielle’s account, her family has dropped the announcement that they are going on a family cross-country trip.

The caption reads: “On the road again … from Bus-Life to Boat-Life as a family! From L.A to New Orleans! Very excited to shake things up a bit. Covid has been sooooo boring! We need to move, to travel, to work, … so here we go!

Jophielle Love Is Still On GH As Violet Finn

After seeing this post many GH fans were wondering about the star’s status on the sudser.

In the nick of time, Jophielle posted that she is not leaving General Hospital! She assured fans, “not to be worried I am still going to be on GH 😘.”

General Hospital Updates – What Happens Next in Port Charles, New York?

Violet has had quite a life so far and she isn’t even a tween yet. Her mom is a fantastic con artist and the biggest con she pulled was having Finn believe that Violet died!

Thankfully that was not the case and when Hayden came back to town with a grown child, Finn quickly surmised the truth. Not long after Hayden went on the run and left the poor kid without so much as a goodbye. Finn and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) quickly made things right and gave Violet a safe and loving home.

That home doesn’t exist anymore, however! Once again Violet has lost a mother figure (we don’t count Roxy the therapy lizard as a mother figure!). This happened after Finn called off his wedding to the super spy when he found out she had been lying to him.

Violet misses Anna but is there a mom figure on the horizon in the form of Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst)? It looks like Finn and Liz are growing closer in their shared misery and singleness!
