In fact, it’s soon going to be a moving day for the couple, as they are looking to call Chancellor mansion their new home, thanks to Abby Newman’s (Melissa Ordway) invitation.

The two women will leave their cramped little apartment for a brand new start in a mansion that they could normally only dream of. But seeing how Mariah is about to help Abby with making her family dreams come true, Abby wants her to stay as close as possible to her and at all times, too. Here’s what you need to know.

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actress Camryn knows that this is very exciting for her character, but at the same time, she knows that there will be plenty of challenges ahead. She told the publication, “I totally understand why they would do that because Abby wants to be involved as much as possible. I imagine what Abby’s anxiety day to day of not being around this growing child when Mariah does become pregnant could be and so this is a smart move.”

The Young and the Restless spoilers say that for now, no one is having any second thoughts about this arrangement, but of course, that can all change in a heartbeat. In fact, Camryn believes her character Mariah has really turned a corner in her life as she is now a “functioning member of Genoa City.” But then again if there’s anything we’ve learned about life in this fictional town, it’s that nothing remains too good for too long, right?
