General Hospital Spoilers – Roger Howarth Says Good-Bye To Franco, But Not To Life In Port Charles

Franco might be dead, but is he really? That all depends on what will happen next. But for now, Roger is quite surprised and humbled by the reaction that he’s gotten from fans. Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, the handsome actor says that he is touched that his character’s demise has spurred such an outcry among many General Hospital fans. As much as there were people who loved him and hated him, it’s without a doubt that they will miss him, too.

Roger says, “I know that not every story is for every fan, but the people that we’re rooting for Franco and Elizabeth were just so super supportive. I think that in this world, it’s just so important to lift one and another up and support one another in a way they all reacted and comported themselves on the Internet, which is a place where negativity and cruelty fester, they were always in the light. So I’m really grateful that I could make a few people smile. That makes me happy.”

General Hospital Updates – What’s Next For Franco?

Now, as far as what his next chapter holds, Roger says that he’s not done with life in Port Charles just yet. In fact, he’s still got a lot of work to do. He said, “I am really excited. I have great faith in the people who think of these things. I’ve been in good hands so far.”

With that said, fans can catch Roger on Cameo, where they can book shout-outs from their favorite actor. Roger says that he is donating 100 percent of his profits to Feeding America. He said, “I’m just really trying to be of service because that’s what makes me feel good.”
