General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Can Kevin Save The Day And Remove Dante’s Programming?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that since Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) stopped Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zomprogna) from carrying out his programming to kill Peter August (Wes Ramsey), Dante has no choice but to admit he is far from cured. As viewers may recall, Dante spent several months undercover in Turkey and he finally returned home with the help of Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard).

But the Dante who returned to Port Charles wasn’t the same as the man who left. He suffered from being brainwashed and although it was a difficult decision, Dante left his wife Lulu Falconeri (Emmy Rylan) and their kids in order to seek treatment from the WSB in Geneva. Not long afterward, Dante sent divorce papers so Lulu would go on with her life which Lulu eventually signed.

General Hospital Spoilers – Dante Falconeri Will Have To Face The Fact He Is Still Not Completely In Control!

As it turns out, Dr. Leisl O’Brecht (Kathleen Gati) manipulated Dante’s doctor into altering Dante’s original programming. With just the click of a pen, Dr. O’Brecht can now give Dante orders that he is programmed to obey. So Dante returned to Port Charles completely unaware that he is, in essence, a ticking time bomb.

Wanting revenge on Peter because he framed her for the crimes that he committed, O’Brecht ordered Dante to kill Peter. Luckily, Sam realized that something wasn’t right with Dante, and was able to talk him down before could kill Peter. She planned to take Dante to General Hospital, with the hope that Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) can help.

Can Dr. Kevin Collins Help Dante Falconeri Regain Complete Control Of Himself?

If there is anyone in Port Charles that can help Dante regain complete control of his faculties, it would be Kevin. Perhaps if Dante had worked with Kevin instead of letting the WSB attempt to deprogram him, he wouldn’t be in the situation he is in now. But can even Kevin make sense of what is going on? After all, Dante’s original brainwashing was altered by the WSB apparently, but there is no telling if there is anything left of that or if he’s simply susceptible to commands after hearing the click of a pen.

Unfortunately, Dante can’t provide any answers. But perhaps Dr. O’Brecht will provide some answers once it comes out that she was the one who gave Dante the order to kill Peter. Regardless, it looks like will be a difficult path for Dante but at least he’s finally aware that he wasn’t as cured as he thought and can take steps to be well again.
