Days of Our Lives Belle and Shawn would certainly be surprised to have a newborn after all this time. Shawn’s sister is presumed dead and is missing. Shawn’s mother has taken off to look for his sister. Shawn has rejoined the police force in Salem and his daughter’s boyfriend has been revealed as a rapist. Belle has recently almost lost her father and has had a falling out with her sister Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney). Belle is finally able to sit back and partially relax. How much of a shock would a new baby be to both Belle and Shawn? How would Claire handle having a new sibling at home after all these years?

Shawn and Belle would no doubt be thrilled to have a new child. A new sibling would certainly give Claire something besides her failed relationship with Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) to concentrate on. Will Shawn and Belle be blessed with a new baby in their future?
