According to the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, Days of Our Lives Head Writer Ron Carlivati shares his big plans to DOOL fans. And from what we can gather so far, Salem is going to see one surprise after another. In fact, things are going to take quite an interesting turn in the coming weeks.

Carlivati tells the publication that Ben and Ciara’s storyline is one that will certainly keep fans at the edge of their seats. He says, “The challenge of telling this story is that they are not together and people want to see Ben and Ciara together. I’ve always been fascinated when a couple is written in the stars, fated to be together. Marlena can feel when John is in danger, for example, so we really decided to go with that and make it a component of the story.”

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Is Ciara Real Or Is She Just A Ghost?

Carlivati went on to say that Ben and Ciara are finding way to reach out to each one another and in ways that viewers haven’t seen before. This will prompt a lot of people to wonder if Ciara is alive and is just waiting for the right time to come out to Ben or if she came back to be with him in ghost-like form.
