If there’s anything that we’ve learned about life in Salem, it’s that you can’t say good-bye forever. Maggie will soon be spending some time with Summer Townsend as she needs to get away from all the drama and stress in the Kiriakis world of chaos.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say that if there’s one person that will miss Maggie the most, it will be Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). She and Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) are inching closer and closer to making their relationship official and simply put, she is going to need all the support that she can get, especially from Maggie. Sure, things have supposedly been better than ever before between Sarah and Xander, but there has never been a wedding in Salem’s history that hasn’t gone done with a hitch.

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, DOOL Head Writer Ron Carlivati teases what’s ahead for reformed bad boy Xander and the brunette beauty. He said, “When the story with Philip laundering money shakes out, Xander doesn’t get the pat on the head and the thank-you he expects from Victor, so it makes Xander want to break from Titan. By breaking from that, what does he have left? He has Sarah. The one thing he knows he wants to do is to marry Sarah.”

Now, how Maggie will fit into the mix, remains to be seen. But knowing how she used to have a very close and comfortable relationship with Xander, there’s a good chance that she will definitely do what she can to make sure that he and Sarah get married, and peacefully, too. Here’s hoping that everything will go as planned, and Salem’s wedding history won’t repeat itself with someone getting a bullet on their big day!
