The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Y&R Alum Mckenna Grace Has Enjoyed a Breakout Career

The Young and the Restless spoilers reveal that Mckenna Grace played Faith Newman on the CBS soap from 2013–2015, a role now filled by Alyvia Alyn Lind.

She also played the role of the younger Sabrina Spellman, the teenage witch in Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, for the older actress Kiernan Shipka. The two actresses were so similar that fans were gobsmacked at their appearances.

She was born in Grapevine, Texas and Mckenna Grace began acting at the age of six. Her earliest roles were in the TV series Crash & Bernstein and The Young and The Restless. Since then, she has racked up credits in movies and television series and she has worked as voice talent in Scoob! and The Angry Birds Movie. She also plays Paige in Young Sheldon and will appear in the upcoming movie Ghostbusters: Afterlife.

But some of her most memorable roles are playing the childhood versions of main characters. This includes Captain Marvel where she played young Carol Danvers, The Vampire Diaries where she appeared as young Caroline Ford, and in Chilling Adventures of Sabrina as young Sabrina.

At the 2018 Critics’ Choice Awards, Grace and Shipka met and even they were stunned at how similar they look. Grace actually posted a pic of them together in January 2018, saying that they are not the same person!

The role of Faith Newman is now being played by Alyvia Alyn Lind and she has put her own dedicated spin on the character.

Fans are on the edge of their seats waiting to see what happens next with the once angelic Newman. She has been through a lot, and along with raging hormones we assume, she has taken a little bit of a dark turn.

She is hanging out with the older kids even though some of them bully her. In fact she has started drinking, something alarming to her family. Grandma Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) tried to give her the lecture about underage drinking but Faith knows it all just like every other adolescent girl!
