The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveals that Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy Forrester) is a health food fan and she wants to share everything good she has learned with her fans!

She has reposted a very informative video on her Instagram and it is definitely worth a listen for anyone who wants to know what the glowing beauty’s health secrets are. Especially relevant is the fact that Wood is now pregnant with her second child with her husband Elan Ruspoli. They have a nearly two-year-old son, Rise Harlen.

In the vid the beautiful and healthy star tells you all about her favorite supplements as well as foods!

She captioned the vid: “Just felt like I needed to repost this 🤍. #health #wellness.” The vid got rave reviws from fans with one commenting: “I really load up in seasonal fruits and veggies. It cant be just coincidence that citrus season falls during flu season😉😉I also love adding micro greens anywhere I can, they’re high is good vitamins and minerals and have few calories, alfalfa is my favorite that I sprout in my window sill every week or 2.”

No doubt Jacqueline MacInnes Wood is extra excited to be looking forward to baby number two. Coincidently, her B&B character Steffy Forrester is also pregnant on the show.

Steffy’s pregnancy is a bit more complicated however! That’s because Steffy has a “who’s the daddy” question to solve involving Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and Dr. Finn (Tanner Novlan). The cards are now out in the open, but how the game ends is anyone’s guess.

This week Steffy and Liam faced the piper by telling their SO’s about what they did a few nights ago after Liam got a crazy idea in his head. He believed that Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) was kissing Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) which was malarkey. Thomas was kissing a mannequin that looked like Hope.

Nonetheless Liam ran off to whine to Steffy and the pity party turned into a sex party. Yikes.

Now Steffy is pregnant and she needs to find out who the daddy is. But even a paternity test is not a guarantee on soap operas. Add to that the fact that Finn is a doctor who has access to medical records and the plot thickens!
