EastEnders News: Did Danny Dyer Break COVID Lockdown to Meet His New Grandson?

Danny and Dani share a podcast and she announced the news on Sunday. The UK is now in its third COVID lockdown and previously Danny had wondered when he would be allowed to meet his grandson. ut, parents with children under one are allowed a support bubble under the current pandemic guidelines and he didn’t have to wait long!

Dani told fans on Insta that her baby weighs 7 pounds but did not share his name. She wrote, “After a very long day and night finally our special little boy arrived 23/01/2021. Weighing 7 pound. We are in a complete baby bubble and enjoying every moment, can not believe he is ours, completely in love and so grateful to be his mummy.”

She continued, “Sending all my love to all the other mommas to be out there in lockdown.. the best experience ever will never forget this day.”

Dani’s boyfriend Sammy Kimmence is the baby’s father and he posted a touching tribute to Dani and their son including photos from the delivery room.

He wrote, “Wow I just simply cannot put this moment in to words, a day I will never forget with a boy I will never stop loving. You have my heart son and wow what a woman your mother is.”

The well-deserved tributes to Dani and her new baby did not stop there however. Danny himself announced to fans that, “my baby had a baby.”

He posted on Instagram, ”F**k me we needed some joy this year. So proud of you cannot wait to meet the little beaut.”

Eastenders Danny Dyer had announced to his daughter on their podcast, Sorted with the Dyers, “You know, I’m a little bit concerned because you’re having a pandemic kid. Which means that rules out me going up the hospital. And I’m so confused with the support bubble thing, I don’t think I’m allowed to see my own grandchild. If Boris has his way, then no. And that is very upsetting for me.”
