90 Day Fiance Star Loren Brovarnik Opens Up About Her Postpartum Challenges

90 Day Fiance star Loren Brovarnik recently opened up about some of her postpartum challenges on social media. The reality star and her partner, Alex Brovarnik, recently welcomed their first child together, Shai. Here’s what she has to say.

Sharing a selfie of herself taken in her home and with her child’s stroller near her, the reality television star wrote,

“Today I am 6.5 months postpartum! Crazy how time flies! I’ve had my ups and downs (currently going through a down) but it’s OK and I am embracing my journey! I’m learning there is no right or wrong and what works for me is all that matters to me. I’m doing it on my time. No one else’s. Just a reminder, you do you and love yourself!”

Needless to say, it didn’t take very long for her fans and followers to comment on her post and of course, open up about their own postpartum experience and their “new normal” as new moms now. Many comments included. “You and your little family are precious. As a young Mom you will always have the ups and downs (even when they get 26 and 21 like mine) You continue doing what works for you!” along with, “I am 3 months postpartum and I totally understand where your coming from. Sending lots of love your way. There are good days and there are bad days, but you’ve got your baby and you’ve got your support system from your family. It gets better.”

Another fan wrote, “No one can love you if you do not love yourself first. You are doing great in yet another role in your life. Your baby loves you unconditionally. You have a new role in your life and you are learning every day. Don’t worry, the job does get easier, despite what they say. Of course, that all changes during the high school years!”
