Kelly Kruger Brooks Shared With Fans On Instagram About The Coronavirus Crisis And Staying At Home

Kelly, with a sweet picture of herself holding baby Everleigh, shared with fans on Instagram about how the Brooks family is coping with the Coronavirus crisis and staying at home. She wrote, “Being a new mom without any of this stuff going around is stressful. This is a whole different level of stress and anxiety. @theedarinbrooks and I try to keep our energy positive and happy for her sake because she is picking up on everything right now but I definitely have my moments and days when it hits and it’s hard.

These are some of the things that have been helping. Working out. I’ve been doing @ryan.heffington Dance party lives and they just immediately shift my mood! I pick Everleigh up and get her dancing with me (@theedarinbrooks won’t ) I also did @carriespilatesplus home workout today with Darin and it was AMAZING. Limit the news. I only watch once a day to keep informed but it’s really hard for me to watch it. I keep my normal routine.

I also put on makeup because it’s fun for me and makes me feel good and normal. Try to go to bed at the same time and wake up at the same time as I normally would. Film content for you guys and keep working. Stand in front of my @joovvsocial red light. It’s SO relaxing and feels amazing. Listen to @theskinnyconfidential podcast while washing my bottles and pump parts. (She apparently nurses Everleigh.) It takes me about an hour which is the length of each episode.

I swear it makes it fun. Her and her husband are hysterical and it’s so informative. They have amazing guests in the health and wellness space and it’s amazing. FaceTime with friends and family. Now more than ever is the time to stay connected and laugh with your loved ones, make sure to check in on people daily, ask how they’re doing.

Everleigh Jolie Brooks was born on September 22, 2019 so she is now six months old. Kelly Kruger Brooks was born on November 12, 1982 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. She is an actress and producer, known for The Young and the Restless, Entourage and Blue Mountain State. She has been married to Darin Brooks since March 21, 2016. Darin Brooks was born on May 27, 1984 in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA as Darin Lee Brooks.

He is an actor and writer, known for Blue Mountain State, Blue Mountain State: The Rise of Thadland and the CBS daytime drama, The Bold and the Beautiful where he plays the character of Wyatt Spencer. Kelly also recurs on the daytime drama, playing the character Eva. Eva is a Forrester International publicist. She helps to oversee photo shoots in Paris and Amsterdam, but the scriptwriters have never given her a last name!

She also appeared in “The Bold and The Beautiful’s” sister daytime drama, “The Young and The Restless” as Mackenzie Browning from February 2002 to July 2003.
