Sharing a photo from her gym, the beautiful mother-to-be posted in her caption,

Of course, it didn’t take very long for her fans to respond. Quite a few of them left comments such as, “Such an amazing and exciting time! We have to say, Elizabeth looks both healthy and happy at her six-month mark.
