The Young and the Restless star Melissa Ordway shares very exciting news! The daytime television actress, who is best known for her role as Abby Newman, recently shared that she and her husband Justin Gaston have purchased their first home together. Here’s what she has to say!

Melissa is one soap star who loves to share her family highlights with her fans and this is certainly no exception. She and Justin have two children, Olivia and Sophie, and now have a place that they can call their own. Melissa has continuously worked hard on the set of The Young and the Restless since 2004 and is now reaping the rewards of her work!

Sharing a family photo outside of their new home, Melissa captioned the pic with,

“We closed on our house today!!!!!!!!! Thank you, Jesus!!! And we are so thankful to all our amazing friends and family who have been praying for us during this stressful time!!! We are so grateful and excited!!!!!!!!”

It didn’t take very long for Melissa’s fans to respond to her photo. A lot of them left comments such as, “This is so great, you and Justin work so hard and definitely deserve this. Congrats to you,” along with, “How amazing! Everyone looks so happy. Congratulations on your new home. What an accomplishment! You can see the excitement on everyone’s faces.”

Her The Young and the Restless co-star Daniel Goddard (Cane Ashby) also wrote: “I am sooooooooooooooo happy for you and your awesome a$$ family. God is good!” while Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers) added, “YAY!!!!!! When is the party!!!!!?”

Clearly, Melissa has a lot to celebrate! It’s without a doubt that her family will be making wonderful memories in their new home. This is an exciting time, indeed!
