Jessica Simpson Reveals Name For Baby No. 3

Jessica Simpson has revealed the name of the newest addition to her growing family and yes, it’s a name that has gotten a lot of attention so far. The 38-year-old fashion mogul shared the cute moniker with her fans and social media followers.

According to People Magazine, Jessica shared several photos from her baby shower on her Instagram account and captioned them with “Birdie’s Nest.”  That’s right – her third child’s name will be Birdie! Birdie Johnson will join her two older siblings, her sister Maxwell and her brother Ace. Jessica’s husband is former NFL player Eric Johnson.

Jessica had a floral theme for her shower. She paid homage to her newest bundle of joy by custom ordering a neon sign with “Birde’s Nest” written on it. The pregnant celebrity mom also wore a floor-length white gown and matched it with a gold floral crown. Her daughter Maxwell could also be seen wearing a green and purple floral dress with a matching gold crown. In another photo, both Jessica and Maxwell are joined by Jessica’s sister, Ashlee, and their mother Tina.

Jessica announced back in September that she was pregnant. She wrote at the time,

“This little baby girl will make us a family of five. We couldn’t be happier to announce this precious blessing of life.”

So far, she hasn’t made any additional comments about her pregnancy, although she did reach out to her fans and asked them for remedies for her swollen feet. She also hasn’t made any comments about her due date, although many fans do have a feeling that Birdie might be making her debut any day now!
