Katie Holmes Doesn’t Worry about Suri Becoming a Teenager

Katie Holmes is ready for the teenage years!

In an interview with Matt Lauer while making an appearance on the Today show on Wednesday, Holmes revealed that she is not so concerened about her 11-year-old daughter, Suri becoming a teenager.

“She is 11 and a half and she’s a great girl and she’s doing so well and I’m enjoying this time,” Holmes said. “I’m not so worried yet about the teenage years.”

Lauer then said his own daughter, Romy, who is 13-years-old, doesn’t find him as cool as she used to when she was a child.

“I never was cool, I got nothing to lose,” she joked in response. “I’m totally ready for this.”

Holmes welcomed Suri in 2006, with ex-husband Tom Cruise. 

The actress can be seen in playing a skeptical ex-wife in a heist comedy Logan Lucky.
