The Cafe Society actress was dressed in a flowing floral summer dress that showed off her growing baby bump. She smiled at photographers while leaving the event.
Lively later took to Instagram to share a photo in which she had ditched her high heels from the event for comfortable Converse sneakers and a yummy milkshake.
This will be the second child for her and husband Ryan Reynolds.
The couple are already parents to 18-month-old daughter James.
