Hilary Duff was photographed out for brunch with her son Luca and friends in West Hollywood, CA on Saturday (Apr. 25).
The Younger actress was dressed in a grey sweater, a jean jacket wrapped around her waist and white jeans that wiretapped at the knees. She happily laughed with friends while carrying the youngster back to their car.
Last week, TMZ reported that Duff’s estranged husband Mike Comrie is not happy about her filing for primary physical custody of their son in her divorce petition.
Apparently, Duff made the decision to file for primary custody because she is worried about Comrie’s parenting due to his recent partying.
Comrie has countered by filing his own papers where he requests joint custody.
The two have a prenup to sort out their property and support issues.
