Spooky Halloween Mummy Marshmallow Pops

Looking for a spooky, but easy to make Halloween treat? Then try these Mummy Marshmallow pops that are not only delicious, but perfect for Halloween parties. Guests will sure to be impressed and kids will enjoy eating them instead of the same old Halloween candy each year.

Ingredients

8-10 large marshmallows
8-10 candy sticks (get the thicker sticks, the thinner simply don’t hold the weight of the marshmallow and chocolate)
1 package of small Wilton googly eyes
12 oz. package of Wilton white chocolate candy melts
1-2 short glasses or cups to stand the marshmallows up
small sandwich baggie

Directions

#1. Place one marshmallow on each candy stick and set aside.

#2. In a microwave safe dish, heat the white chocolate candy melts in 30 second increments. Stir after every 30 seconds until melted. My microwave take about 2 ½ – 3 minutes. Remove and let cool 3-4 minutes.

#3. Take one marshmallow at a time and dip in the white chocolate. Use a spoon to help completely cover it and let the excess chocolate drip back into the bowl. Give your mummy two googly eyes while the chocolate is still wet and stand your marshmallow up in the cup.

Repeat step #3 with the other marshmallows and set them in the fridge for about 15 minutes to set up.

#4. Scoop a few tablespoons of the white chocolate into your sandwich baggie and snip the end. Start at the top of your mummy and squeeze the chocolate out onto the marshmallow to look like fabric scraps. Place back in the cup to set and repeat with your other marshmallows.

Once they are all covered in ‘fabric’ set back in the fridge another 15-20 minutes to set.

That’s it. Super cute and super easy!

*Makes 8-10 servings. 1 marshmallow = 1 serving.

*If not serving immediately store in a cool dry area so the chocolate does not melt.

Enjoy!
