These Ghost Twinkies are a perfect treat for kids to make for Halloween. Low on ingredients the process of making these ghosts is super easy. Children will love making spooky faces on the white chocolate dipped twinkies.
Items Needed
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
10 Twinkies
Parchment Paper
Baking Sheet
Popsicle Stick or Toothpick
Directions
1. Melt chocolate according to package directions adding 1 tbsp of oil to thin it just a bit.
2. Take each Twinkie and cut them all in half. Place them on parchment paper lined baking sheet so that they are standing up on the cut edge.
3. Once chocolate is smooth, pour chocolate over the top of each Twinkie, use the toothpick or popsicle stick to direct the chocolate down the Twinkie and smooth out as needed.
4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes until chocolate is set. Use the frosting to decorate the faces.
