Kim Zolciak shared an adorable snapshot of her 5-month-old twins Kane and Kaia on Easter Day (April 20).
“Happy Easter from Kane and Kaia!!!” the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star captioned the shot of the twins wearing bunny ears and tail diaper covers.
Earlier in the week, Zolciak told ABC News her impressive post-baby weight loss is due to hour-long daily workouts and a portion-controlled diet.
“I’ve been working out with my husband, he kicks my butt,” Zolciak, who’s married to Atlanta Falcons defensive end Kroy Biermann.
The reality star is also mom to four other children: Kroy, 2, Kash, 1, Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12.
