Today Show co-anchor Savannah Guthrie had two big announcements on-air today!
Guthrie broke the happy news she married Mike Feldman over the weekend and they’re expecting their first child together on the Monday episode of the NBC morning show (March 17).
“I — well, we — are four months pregnant,” Guthrie revealed at the desk surrounded by Matt Lauer, Natalie Morales, Willie Geist and Al Roker. “We are so excited, overjoyed and feel so blessed.”
The couple wed this past Saturday near her hometown of Tucson, Ariz. “in the middle of the desert.”
Guthrie also explained that they had set their wedding date before learning that they were expecting.
“It’s funny, ’cause we set the wedding date, I bought my dress, and then I found out,” Guthrie said. “So I’ve been doing a little praying that I would fit in it, and it all worked out.”
She is revealed to finally reveal she is pregnant.
“I feel great, and actually I’m so happy to tell the world,” she said. “Because I can’t suck in this gut any more.”
Guthrie announced her engagement last May. They’ve been dating for over four years.
