What child doesn’t love the winter season? From building snowmen, snow forts, skating and tobogganing there are an endless variety of activities to enjoy. Unfortunately, the outdoor fun also brings something that is not so fun – COLDS!

Like most parents, I can tell right away when my 2-year-old daughter, Ava is getting sick. That natural glow she has disappears and she becomes attached to mommy’s hip.
