The Victoria’s Secret Angel wore a long sleeved grey dress and studded boots. She hid balloons behind her back and then surprised the 17-month-old with them.
Ambrosio recently took Noah and her 5-year-old daughter Anja to the 4th Annual Vueve Clicquot Polo Classic.

Ambrosio also shared a shot of Anja wearing a Brazil riding hat while enjoying a horse ride.
