Kim Kardashian graces the cover of former Vogue Paris editor-in-chief Carine Roitfeld‘s new magazine, CR Fashion Book, in a dramatic collection of shot done during her pregnancy with daughter North West.
The photoshoot which by Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld, the very pregnant reality star poses with red lipstick smeared all over her face; in a crop top and silken pants for a boxer-inspired look; in a fully jeweled mask that leaves nothing exposed; and more.
“Pregnancy is something that I always love,” Roitfeld told Women’s Wear Daily, adding that the series is a, “precious moment in Kim’s pregnancy that people haven’t seen. It’s about hope and the future and a new baby.”
