Jennifer Garner took her children Samuel & Seraphina for breakfast in Santa Monica, CA on Friday (Sept. 6).
The mom of three wore a striped sweater and black shirt while walking to their car with Seraphina. After the youngster was safely inside the car, she went to get Samuel. The 1-year-old looked adorable in a blue shirt and shorts paired with brown Ugg Boots.
On Tuesday, Garner appeared at a legislative hearing in California to urge passage of a bill that would increase state penalties for harassing children.
“How often do we see a tragedy unfold and say, ‘Oh, there were so many warning signs – why didn’t anybody pay attention? I am asking you as a parent to pay attention,” said the Draft Day actress. “I don’t want a gang of shouting, arguing, lawbreaking photographers who camp out everywhere we are all day every day to continue traumatizing my kids,”
