Ben Affleck took his daughter Violet to a class in Santa Monica before catching lunch at the Brentwood Country Mart in Brentwood, CA on Saturday (Sept. 21).
The Argo actor was dressed in a striped dress shirt and blue jeans while walking with his daughter. Violet looked adorable as she affectionately hugged her dad’s leg.
While appearing on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Affleck spoke out for the first time about the criticism surrounding his casting as Batman.
“[They said] listen, we want to talk to you, because people go through this process and it can be trying,” the husband of Jennifer Garner said. “I said what do you mean? They said we want to show you some of the reactions that people who have been cast [in the past] have gotten.”
He contends that he can handle the heat.
“I was like I’m a big boy, I can handle anything,” Affleck said. “I handle s–t.”
