Shakira shows off her post-baby weight loss on the September cover of SELF magazine.
Welcoming son Milan with boyfriend Gerard Pique just 5½ months, The Hips Don’t Lie singer insists she watched what she ate and maintained a healthy workout regime while pregnant.
“I did Zumba throughout my pregnancy,” she shares. “That helped me not gain too much weight.”
Shakira insists she is not obsessive about her looks.
“I don’t obsess over my flaws, because i see my body as a whole. Besides, I think men appreciate confidence more than perfection!” the Colombian born star told.
Although, she is proud of one of her body parts.
“I’m quite proud of my rear. [It’s] more well-rounded,” Shakira added.
