“You asked for it …here is my baby bump this morning!!” the Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding captioned the shot on Saturday (July 27).
This baby will be her fifth child.
“Kim loves being pregnant,” a source told Us Weekly in June. “She really wants a little girl.”
