Jennifer Lopez who gave birth to twin children Max and Emme in 2008 admits she realized while pregnant her body would not be the same after.
“I love my body,” she says in an interview with the Telegraph. “I remember when I had baby fat and my thighs were so out of proportion to my ankles,” she says. “Then I remember dropping weight and being quite thin. Then, when I got pregnant, I remember watching my back, belly and butt grow and thinking, ‘I will never be the same again.'”
Although, didn’t mind gaining the baby weight and actually liked her “jiggly’ belly.
“I remember right after the twins were born having that weird jiggly belly – and kind of loving that, too. Because I earned that jiggly belly. Then came trying to get my body back into shape and how long that took. A whole year,” the singer tells.
Jennifer adds that she feels that woman feel t0o much pressure to lose the baby weight.
“Nobody bounces back straight away,” Jennifer says. “The truth is it takes your body time to go back and I think these days women are too hard on themselves with that.”
What do you think? Are woman pressured to lose the baby weight too fast?
