Hilary Duff is loving motherhood.
Speaking about her adorable 1-year-old son in an interview with the TODAY show on Wednesday (May 1), the proud mom gushed that she can’t get enough of the tot.
“I love it. I’m honestly obsessed with it,” Hilary said of motherhood. “It’s very humbling. It’s all about him…It’s his world. We’re just living in it.”
“I feel like my heart just swelled,” she added. “I didn’t know I could love something so much. And that keeps getting more intense as he grows older.”
Since welcoming Luca with husband Mike Comrie in March 2012, she’s gained “a lot of confidence,” not just as a mom but as a person.
“A lot of intuition just kicks in that you maybe didn’t know you had before,” she explained. “And you obviously learn a lot of patience!”
Duff says she’s now a little more “choosy” about the projects she takes on.
“I basically don’t want to leave the house anymore,” she said. “I don’t want to miss anything!”
