The Victoria’s Secret model wore a knit sweater and daisy duke shorts as she held Anja’s hand. Anja looked excited to see the photographers and posed with a hand on her hip.
Later, Alessandra went plant shopping while her and Jamie enjoyed healthy smoothies.
The Brazilian native celebrated Mother’s Day with Anja and her son Noah on Sunday. She took to her Instagram to share a sweet shot of them.
