Ideas For Having A Gender Reveal Party

I found out a few months ago that my best friend is expecting her second child. I am so happy for her and can’t wait to find out if she is having a boy or girl so that Baby C can have another friend to play with! Instead of having another shower, she and her husband have decided to do a gender reveal party. This is such a cute idea and I totally want to do this when we have baby #2! It’s a great way to great everyone involved in the party and fun!

Since I am helping her plan the party, I thought I would share some of the super cute ideas I came across.

 What’s a party without fun decorations??? I love this “Old Wives Tale Predictions” board. I know when I was pregnant everyone was trying to guess if we were having a boy or girl based on my morning sickness, if I was carrying low and my cravings so this is a fun way to display it for your guests.

My bestie said she didn’t want games since it wasn’t a shower so I sent her these ideas and she LOVED them! We are totally going to have the guests wear a bow or mustache based on their guesses.

If you want to be surprised too, have your doctor or OBGYN put the gender of you baby in an envelope and give it to the bakery.
