Eli Manning and Wife Abby Expecting Baby # 2

It looks like it’s going to be an extra special summer for Eli Manning and Abby Manning who are happy to announce that they’re expecting a second bundle of joy. Their daughter Ava is set to become a big sister in June. Eli dropped the good news yesterday to US Weekly at a Samsung event when asked if he and Abby wanted any more kids. The New York Giants Quarterback is also excited to celebrate Ava’s second birthday this week.

“[She is] talking a lot and loves to watch Dora the Explorer. It’s her birthday tomorrow. We’re doing a party Easter weekend. We have all our family in town and do a little party.”

It appears that this is one tight knit family. Eli’s older brother Peyton is a quarterback for the Denver Broncos. He and his wife Ashley welcomed a set of twins to their family right around the same time that Ava was born. That means the Manning’s will have 4 kids within two years once the latest baby arrives in June. I see lots of summer fun and family trips for years to come.

Are you a Giants fan or a football fan at all? Even non-fans seem to at least be familiar with the Manning brothers. Eli helped the Giants win the Superbowl back in 2012. Gotta wonder how newborns and family obligations affect how these players do on the field. I wonder if Eli will share diaper duty with Abby.
